Data Rights and Deletion
This page explains how to clear Wheel Names data stored on your device and how to submit an access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or do-not-sell/share request for information we may hold.

Clear wheel data stored in your browser
Entries, history, images, skins, sound settings, or preferences may be stored locally on the device. To remove them, use any reset or clear control in the wheel, then open the browser’s privacy settings and delete site data for wheelnames.org. Removing local storage is immediate on that browser, but it does not delete exports, screenshots, bookmarks, or shared copies you created.
How to submit a data-rights request
- Open Contact Us.
- Start the message with Privacy Request.
- State the right you want to exercise: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or disclosure information.
- Identify the contact submission or interaction involved without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
- Use an email address that allows us to respond and, if needed, verify the request.
Identity and authority verification
We may request limited information to confirm you are the person concerned or an authorized agent. Verification is matched to the risk of the request. We will not ask for your Wheel Names password because ordinary wheel use does not require an account.
Scope and legal limits
Applicable law may allow us to retain information needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or the rights of others. We may be unable to identify browser-only data because it remains on your device and is not linked to a server account. We will explain a denial or limitation where required.
Do not sell or share my personal information
Wheel Names does not sell wheel entries. We do not intentionally share wheel entries for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you want confirmation or wish to exercise a right recognized in your jurisdiction, submit a Privacy Request. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Response timing
We aim to acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex or repeated requests may take longer where an extension is legally available. A deletion request is not complete until necessary verification and scope checks are finished.

You may have the right to complain to a privacy or data-protection authority in your country. Contact us first if you want us to investigate. Read the Privacy Policy for processing purposes and retention.
